๐งพ Payment Policy:
To secure a position in the maintenance schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. This ensures dedicated time and resources are reserved for your websiteโs care and monitoring. Retainer invoices may be issued in advance of the renewal date to support timely payment and predictable budgeting. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of each maintenance period.

Maintenance Schedule:
Maintenance is performed consecutively each month to maintain a predictable billing structure and ensure reliable service delivery. Plans renew on the 1st of each month and cover the services outlined in your selected plan (Basic or Advanced). Timely monthly payments help maintain continuous updates, backups, monitoring, and security.
๐ Renewal & Cancellation:
Maintenance plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal. You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, and services will continue through the end of the current paid term.
โธ๏ธ Pausing Maintenance Services:
To pause monthly maintenance, a 30-day Pause Notice is required to prevent scheduling disruptions. Pausing services may lead to increased issues, security vulnerabilities, and additional troubleshooting needs. Because of this, resuming maintenance after a pause may result in additional charges if extra time is needed to restore and stabilize the website.
If a plan is paused for longer than 2 months, the account will be fully Off-Boarded to free up resources.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A Re-Onboarding Fee of $100 will apply.
- Due to high demand, the account may be placed on a waitlist before resuming service.
โ ๏ธ Missed or Late Payments:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a pause or discontinuation of services, including updates, backups, and security checks. Reinstating service may require rescheduling based on availability.
โฌ๏ธ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate plan is required to maintain a position in the maintenance schedule. Websites that consistently exceed the coverage of the Basic Maintenance Plan will be required to upgrade to the Advanced Plan to secure additional development time and priority scheduling.

Support for services not included in your selected plan is billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
