Businesses can choose the level of support they need based on their overall stage of their business on the web. The size, complexity, and traffic level of any particular website will help determine which package will be required. Websites that have not been maintained for some time may require a larger package at least initially.
Customers can choose a plan based on their overall digital needs. A Free Initial Checkup will be provided to help determine which package is most likely needed.
Why do regular maintainance?
Wordpress is a Website Management System made up of thousands of files, scripts, plugins, addons, themes, security, and many other functional elements that require regular updating. Software developers are constantly making improvements and rolling out security patches for your website. If a Wordpress website is left to sit unattended without receiving any of those updates, and other regularly needed maintenance, many errors and vulnerabilities can develop that can cost you sales or even website outages.
For business that are seasonal, they can choose a more aggressive plan to ensure the safety of their website during peak seasons. Can then downgrade or pause maintenance plan during slow seasons. Warning: At least Basic Maintenance is required for every WordPress website every month regardless of the season.
Leaving it to sit unmonitored has a really high probability of resulting in infection, plugin conflicts, theme conflicts, malicious takeover, bad backlinks, blacklisting, unexpected renewal fees, Google errors, and major traffic losses that businesses rely on during peak season.

What if you need other advanced web services outside of any plan?
Any specialty web services beyond the scope of each package can be either requested separately or chosen during checkout.
Upgrading to a bigger plan
The websites size, traffic levels, complexity, and many other technical considerations will largely determine the sort of plan a business will require.
Any Heavier or Advanced Maintenance will most likely require the Additional Maintenance Package Add-on to be purchased at checkout.
Once a plan is purchase, that scope of work will be scheduled immediately. If a business wants to downgrade to a lower plan, they can do so the following month.
Customers cannot downgrade while work has already been scheduled and is actively being performed.
How does billing work?
To secure a position in scheduling, payment will be required on 1st of each Month.
Payment can be by Add-To-Cart, Interac Email Money Transfer, or by Credit Card via Paypal or Square. For enhanced Security, Automatic Deposit has been enabled for all Email Money Transfers. Please make payable to email@example.com
Once payment is received, the work will be scheduled immediately. No refunds are possible. Cancel any time.
Terms & Conditions
Since plugin conflicts and issues can arise following the updating to later versions, we cannot be held accountable for any plugin conflicts, site outages, security issues, login issues, spam, or any other technical issues of any kind that arise during or after maintenance. Some additional servicing may be required to troubleshoot work through. Additional hourly maintenance can be requested within any given month towards deeper issues, or additional development improvements outside of this maintenance package.

If cancellation is requested, active monitoring and maintenance will not be performed the following month. No refunds will be possible during an active maintenance month. Pausing maintenance instead will insure less setup time later which helps streamline and can lead to future discounts.
