🧾 Fixed-Scope Packages:
Starter Website Packages are fixed-scope builds designed for launch. Each plan includes a set number of hours for setup and initial development. All work is carefully prioritized within the included scope and time. Additional work beyond the included time is billed hourly or can be managed through an optional monthly plan.
🧩 Ongoing Services Handled Separately:
Ongoing services such as Website Maintenance, Content Management, Technical SEO, eCommerce, Performance Optimization, and Marketing are not included in the Starter Packages. These are available through separate Monthly Service Plans to provide continuous support after launch.
🚫 What’s NOT Included in the Basic Package
The following items are outside the scope of the Basic Starter Package, but can be added via hourly billing or through monthly service add-ons:
- 🕘 Additional development beyond included time — billed at $120/hour
- ✏️ Revisions or edits outside of the initial setup
- 📝 Content creation, content editing, or data entry
- 🎨 Logo design or full branding development
- 🧩 Advanced layouts, animations, or deep visual customization
- 🛒 eCommerce setup (online store, products, checkout, payment systems, etc.)
- 🔍 SEO setup, optimization, or analytics integration
- 🔄 Ongoing development, training, maintenance, or technical support
- 🌐 Custom API connections or software integrations

📅 Scheduling & Scope:
Each Starter Website Package includes a limited amount of development time. Projects are scheduled based on availability and payment is required to secure your position in the build calendar. To prevent overrun and keep launches efficient, features and tasks must be clearly defined and prioritized during planning. Major changes or repeated revisions may result in additional charges.
If your website consistently exceeds the Basic Package scope or setup time, an upgrade or custom plan may be required to maintain appropriate delivery timelines.
⏸️ Pausing Development:
If you need to pause your Starter Package project, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required. Pausing for more than 30 days may result in a rescheduling fee or complete off-boarding. If the project is off-boarded and resumed later:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply
- Your position may be added to a waitlist based on availability
💼 Payment Policy:
To reserve a position in the build schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of the completed service period.

For your protection, Automatic Deposit is enabled — no password is required.
⚠️ Missed or Delayed Payment:
Delays in payment may result in the loss of your scheduled slot and may require rescheduling, onboarding fees, or project termination. Prompt payment helps maintain workflow, scheduling, and launch success.
