Monthly Operations Workflow
Includes up to 4 hours of Advanced Digital Management support per month.
This plan operates as a monthly service retainer, reserving dedicated availability in Spenny For Hireβs scheduling for your business and ensuring priority assistance when digital support is needed.
Included support time resets each month and unused time does not roll over to future months.
Additional support beyond the included time is billed at $120/hour in 15-minute increments.
60-day cancellation notice required.
π³ Payment & Terms
π§Ύ Payment Policy
Monthly Digital Management plans operate as a service retainer. Payment secures a reserved position within the service schedule and ensures dedicated availability for ongoing digital management, monitoring, and operational support.
Retainer invoices may be issued in advance of each billing period to maintain predictable service availability and budgeting. A detailed receipt will be provided once services are complete for the month.

π Monthly Service Cycle
Digital Management plans renew on a monthly service cycle to ensure reliable oversight of your digital systems, platforms, and operational infrastructure.
Your monthly retainer secures ongoing monitoring, management oversight, and availability for digital support tasks throughout the service period.
β±οΈ Included Support Time
Each plan includes a defined amount of support time as outlined in the selected plan (Basic or Advanced). Included support time resets at the start of each monthly billing period and unused time does not roll over to future months.
The monthly retainer primarily secures ongoing oversight and availability, while included support time is used for direct assistance, troubleshooting, coordination, and operational support tasks.
π Renewal & Cancellation
Digital Management plans renew automatically each month unless canceled with written notice.
Basic Plan: 30-day written cancellation notice required.
Advanced Plan: 60-day written cancellation notice required.
Services will continue through the remainder of the paid service period after notice is provided.
βΈοΈ Pausing Services
Digital Management plans are designed to provide ongoing oversight of business systems and digital infrastructure. Pausing services may increase the risk of unresolved issues, system disruptions, or operational inefficiencies.
If services are paused for longer than 60 days, the account may be fully off-boarded to maintain scheduling capacity.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- An Onboarding / Re-Onboarding Fee may apply.
- Due to scheduling demand, the account may be placed on a waitlist before services resume.
β οΈ Missed or Late Payments
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Accounts with overdue balances may also experience a temporary suspension of services, including monitoring, system oversight, and support availability. Reinstating service may require rescheduling based on availability.
π§° Additional Support
Support tasks exceeding the included coverage of your plan or requests outside the scope of Digital Management services are billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
