🧾 Payment Policy:
To secure a position in the marketing schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. This guarantees dedicated time and focus for your account’s content, strategy, and promotional execution. Retainer invoices may be issued prior to the renewal date to encourage timely payment and predictable cash flow. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of each maintenance period.

📅 Marketing Schedule:
Marketing maintenance is carried out consecutively each month to maintain consistent momentum and a predictable billing structure. Plans renew on the 1st of each month and include the services outlined in your selected plan. Ongoing marketing requires steady progress, so on-time monthly payments are essential to avoid delays in deliverables and campaign rollout.
🔁 Renewal & Cancellation:
Plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, and services will continue until the end of the current paid period.
⏸️ Pausing Maintenance Services:
To pause your Marketing Maintenance Plan, a 30-day Pause Notice is required to prevent disruptions to your campaign calendar and workflow. Pausing may result in a loss of momentum, delayed outcomes, and additional setup or strategy time when resuming services.
If paused for more than 2 consecutive months, the account will be fully Off-Boarded to free up resources.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee will apply.
- The account may be placed on a waitlist, depending on availability.
⚠️ Missed or Late Payments:
Late or missed payments may result in a pause or discontinuation of marketing efforts, including scheduling, creative development, or campaign execution. Reinstating services may involve delays or rescheduling based on current workload and availability.
⬆️ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate plan is required to maintain a position in the marketing schedule. Accounts that repeatedly exceed their plan’s scope may be required to upgrade in order to retain priority scheduling and consistent support.
