Additional ecommerce development beyond the included monthly time can be provided at the standard development rate.
Additional development: $120/hour billed in 15-minute increments.
Please note that due to scheduling constraints, unused development time cannot be carried forward to future months.

π§Ύ Development-Based Ecommerce Services:
Ecommerce Development services focus on building, expanding, and improving online stores through structured development work. This may include store customization, feature enhancements, integrations, product configuration, checkout improvements, and operational optimizations.
Development work is performed according to the scope of the selected plan or project agreement. Tasks are prioritized to maximize impact within the allocated development time.
π Retainer & Service Availability:
Monthly service plans operate as a subscription-based retainer. The monthly fee secures reserved availability, ongoing oversight, and priority access to professional support services throughout the billing period.
Because time and scheduling capacity are reserved in advance, the monthly fee remains payable regardless of the amount of support requested or utilized during the month. Included support time provides the opportunity to request assistance as needed, however unused time does not accumulate or roll over to future billing periods.
The monthly retainer primarily secures service availability, system oversight, and priority access to support. Included hours are used to complete requested tasks, troubleshooting, coordination, and operational assistance related to your selected service plan.
Monthly service plans are structured as subscription retainers and are not pay-as-you-go hourly services. Reserved capacity is maintained to ensure clients have reliable access to professional assistance when needed.
π§© Ongoing Services Handled Separately:
Ongoing services such as Ecommerce Maintenance, Product Catalog Management, Inventory Monitoring, Marketing Campaign Management, SEO Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and Security Monitoring are handled through separate Monthly Service Plans designed to provide continuous operational support.

Development Scheduling:
Ecommerce Development work is scheduled based on availability and project complexity. Development tasks are completed according to priority, scope, and the development time available within the selected plan.
Major scope changes, repeated revisions, or additional feature requests may require additional development time or a revised project scope.
π Scope Clarification:
Ecommerce Development focuses on technical improvements, store customization, feature configuration, and system integrations. Large-scale catalog imports, extensive product data entry, marketing campaign management, content creation, and ongoing store management may require additional services or separate service plans.
βΈοΈ Pausing Development:
To pause an active Ecommerce Development project, a minimum 14-day notice is required to prevent disruption to the development schedule. Projects paused for more than 30 days may be fully off-boarded in order to maintain development capacity.
If development resumes after off-boarding, a $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply and scheduling may be subject to current development availability.
πΌ Payment Policy:
To secure development time and reserve a position in the project schedule, payment is required in advance of all development services. A detailed receipt will be provided for each billing period or completed development phase.
π³ Accepted Payment Method:
Payment can be made via INTERAC Email Money Transfer to: π§ spennyforhire@gmail.com. Automatic Deposit is enabled for convenience and security.
β οΈ Missed or Late Payments:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Accounts with overdue balances may also experience a temporary suspension of development work and may lose their position within the development schedule.
π§° Additional Development:
Any development work outside the defined project scope or beyond the allocated development time is billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
