π§Ύ Payment Policy:
Monthly Website Maintenance plans operate as a service retainer. Payment secures a reserved position within the maintenance schedule and ensures dedicated availability for ongoing website monitoring, updates, backups, and technical oversight.
Retainer invoices may be issued in advance of the renewal date to maintain predictable service availability and budgeting. A detailed receipt will be provided once services are complete for the month.

Monthly Service Cycle:
Website Maintenance plans renew on a monthly service cycle to ensure reliable monitoring, updates, and protection of your website infrastructure.
Your monthly retainer secures ongoing maintenance oversight as well as reserved availability for support tasks related to your website.
π Retainer & Service Availability:
Monthly service plans operate as a subscription-based retainer. The monthly fee secures reserved availability, ongoing oversight, and priority access to professional support services throughout the billing period.
Because time and scheduling capacity are reserved in advance, the monthly fee remains payable regardless of the amount of support requested or utilized during the month. Included support time provides the opportunity to request assistance as needed, however unused time does not accumulate or roll over to future billing periods.
The monthly retainer primarily secures service availability, system oversight, and priority access to support. Included hours are used to complete requested tasks, troubleshooting, coordination, and operational assistance related to your selected service plan.
Monthly service plans are structured as subscription retainers and are not pay-as-you-go hourly services. Reserved capacity is maintained to ensure clients have reliable access to professional assistance when needed.
β±οΈ Included Support Time:
Each plan includes a defined amount of maintenance support time as outlined in the selected plan (Basic or Advanced). Included support time resets at the start of each monthly billing period and unused time does not roll over to future months.
The monthly retainer primarily secures ongoing maintenance monitoring and oversight, while included support time is used for troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and technical assistance.
π Renewal & Cancellation:
Maintenance plans renew automatically each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the remainder of the paid service period after notice is provided.
βΈοΈ Pausing Maintenance Services:
Website maintenance plans are designed to provide continuous monitoring and protection for your website. Pausing services may increase the risk of security vulnerabilities, outdated software, or operational issues.
If a plan is paused for longer than 60 days, the account may be fully off-boarded to maintain scheduling capacity.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A Re-Onboarding Fee of $100 may apply.
- Due to scheduling demand, the website may be placed on a waitlist before maintenance services resume.
β οΈ Missed or Late Payments:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Accounts with overdue balances may also experience a temporary suspension of maintenance services, including updates, backups, monitoring, and security checks. Reinstating service may require rescheduling based on availability.
β¬οΈ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate maintenance plan is required to maintain a position within the maintenance schedule. Websites that consistently exceed the coverage of the Basic Maintenance Plan may be required to upgrade to the Advanced Maintenance Plan to ensure adequate support time and priority scheduling.

Support tasks exceeding the included coverage of your plan or requests outside the scope of maintenance services are billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
