Basic Development Support is designed for businesses that need reliable website updates without the complexity of advanced development work. This plan focuses on improving existing pages, organizing content, updating layouts, and making light coding adjustments to keep your website fresh, functional, and easy to manage.
It is ideal for routine content updates, basic page improvements, image updates, simple forms, and minor layout refinements.
This plan allows for steady, ongoing improvements to your website while maintaining flexibility for a variety of basic development tasks.
Includes up to 1 hour of professional website development support each month. Additional development support: $120/hour billed in 15-minute increments.
Please note that due to scheduling constraints, unused monthly development time cannot be carried forward to future months.

Assist with adding, editing, and refining website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and proper presentation.
Update existing pages or posts with refreshed layouts, reorganized content, or improved formatting.
Combine, reuse, or restructure existing content across pages to reduce duplication and improve organization.
Apply basic formatting and styling adjustments to text, images, and page elements to improve readability and presentation.
Add or adjust simple page sections such as text blocks, image rows, feature highlights, or callout areas.
Create, resize, and place images within pages to support layout and content needs.
Prepare images for web use including cropping, resizing, compression, and replacement.
Create or update simple image galleries using existing site tools or theme functionality.
Build or update simple forms such as contact forms, inquiry forms, or basic submission forms.
Organize pages, posts, and content categories to improve overall structure and navigation.
Make light navigation adjustments such as menu updates, link corrections, and menu organization.
Resolve minor layout issues including spacing adjustments, alignment corrections, and visual refinements.
Apply small code-level adjustments to improve styling, layout presentation, or page display.

💳 Payment & Terms
🧾 Payment Policy:
To secure a position in the development schedule, payment is required in advance of all development services. This ensures dedicated time is allocated for content development, updates, layout improvements, coding enhancements, and any other included development-related tasks. Monthly retainer invoices will be issued prior to the renewal date to encourage timely payment and uninterrupted service. A detailed receipt is provided for each billing period which acts as a detailed record or work completed.

📅 Development Schedule & Delivery:
Basic and Advanced Development Plans are delivered consecutively each month to support ongoing development, structuring, and improvements. Plans renew on the 1st of each month and include development services up to the hourly limit of the selected plan tier. Development time is allocated and prioritized based on client requests and current scheduling availability.
🔁 Renewal & Cancellation:
Plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, development services will continue until the end of the current paid term.
📌 Plan Scope Clarification:
Development Support Plans focus on content updates, layout improvements, structural enhancements, and coding-related development tasks. These plans do not include website maintenance, security services, marketing, SEO, analytics management, ecommerce operations, or performance optimization unless explicitly stated. Services outside the defined scope may require a separate plan or additional billing.
⏸️ Pausing Development Services:
To pause Development Support, a 30-day Pause Notice is required to prevent disruption to scheduling and resource allocation. Pausing development services may result in delayed progress, re-prioritization, or reduced availability upon return.
If development services are paused for more than 2 consecutive months, the account may be fully Off-Boarded to release allocated development capacity & resources.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply.
- Scheduling may be subject to availability or waitlisting.
⚠️ Missed or Late Payments:
Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of development services, including active tasks, queued requests, or scheduled improvements. Reinstatement is subject to availability and may require re-onboarding fees.
⬆️ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate plan tier is required to maintain a position in the development schedule. If requests consistently exceed the allocated monthly hours or complexity of the selected plan, an upgrade to a higher development tier will be required.
