This plan focuses on improving existing pages, organizing content, updating layouts, and making light coding adjustments to keep your website fresh, functional, and easy to manage.
It is ideal for routine content updates, basic page improvements, image updates, simple forms, and minor layout refinements.
This plan allows for steady, ongoing improvements to your website while maintaining flexibility for a variety of basic development tasks.

Create or update existing pages using your current site structure. Includes simple section additions, content updates, and light layout adjustments.
Assist with adding, editing, and refining website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and proper presentation.
Update existing pages or posts with refreshed layouts, reorganized content, or improved formatting.
Combine, reuse, or restructure existing content across pages to reduce duplication and improve organization.
Apply basic formatting and styling adjustments to text, images, and page elements to improve readability and presentation.
Add or adjust simple page sections such as text blocks, image rows, feature highlights, or callout areas.
Create, resize, and place images within pages to support layout and content needs.
Prepare images for web use including cropping, resizing, compression, and replacement.
Create or update simple image galleries using existing site tools or theme functionality.
Build or update simple forms such as contact forms, inquiry forms, or basic submission forms.
Organize pages, posts, and content categories to improve overall structure and navigation.
Make light navigation adjustments such as menu updates, link corrections, and menu organization.

⚠️ Please Note: Development Support Plans focus on improving website content, layout, and functionality. Website maintenance, security, marketing, SEO, analytics, and ecommerce operations are offered separately unless explicitly included in another service plan.
Project Scope
🛠️ This package includes up to 1.0 hour of website development per month.
NOTE: The client must provide required content, images, digital assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
⚙️ Additional website development, customization, or other basic features can be completed as needed.

🔁 Subscription-Based Plans
📅 Monthly service plans operate as subscription-based retainers that reserve ongoing support availability, monitoring, and priority access to services throughout the billing period.
⏳ Please note that these plans are not pay-as-you-go hourly services. Included support time resets each month and unused time does not roll over to future billing periods.

💳 Payment & Terms
🧾 Payment Policy:
Monthly Development Plans operate as a service retainer. Payment secures a reserved position within the development schedule and ensures dedicated availability for ongoing development tasks such as content updates, layout improvements, structural enhancements, coding adjustments, and other development-related work.
Retainer invoices may be issued in advance of each billing cycle to maintain predictable scheduling and uninterrupted service. A detailed receipt will be provided for each billing period.

📅 Monthly Development Cycle:
Development Plans renew on a monthly service cycle to support continuous improvements and structured development progress. Plans renew on the 1st of each month and include development services up to the time allocation of the selected plan tier.
Development tasks are prioritized based on client requests, project complexity, and current scheduling availability.
⏱️ Included Development Time:
Each plan includes a defined amount of development time per month based on the selected plan tier. Included development time resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle and unused time does not roll over to future months.
The monthly retainer primarily secures reserved development availability while included hours are used to complete requested development tasks.
🔁 Renewal & Cancellation:
Plans renew automatically each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Development services will continue through the remainder of the paid service period after notice is provided.
📌 Plan Scope Clarification:
Development Plans focus on website development tasks such as layout improvements, structural enhancements, coding adjustments, and content updates. These plans do not include website maintenance, security services, marketing, SEO management, analytics management, ecommerce operations, or performance optimization unless specifically included in a separate service plan.
⏸️ Pausing Development Services:
To pause development services, a minimum 30-day notice is required to prevent disruption to scheduling and resource allocation.
If development services are paused for longer than 60 days, the account may be fully off-boarded to maintain development capacity and scheduling availability. When resuming services after off-boarding, a $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply and scheduling may be subject to current availability or waitlisting.
⚠️ Missed or Late Payments:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Accounts with overdue balances may also experience a temporary suspension of development services, including active tasks, queued requests, or scheduled improvements. Reinstating services may require rescheduling based on availability.
⬆️ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate development plan tier is required to maintain a position within the development schedule. If requests consistently exceed the time allocation or complexity of the selected plan, an upgrade to a higher development tier may be required to maintain progress and scheduling priority.

Development work outside the defined scope or exceeding the included time allocation is billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
