Basic Starter Website Package

💳 Terms & Payment

🧾 Fixed-Scope Packages:
Starter Website Packages are fixed-scope builds designed for launch. Each plan includes a defined amount of time for setup, configuration, and initial development. All work is carefully prioritized within the included scope and timeline.

Additional work beyond the included scope or time may be billed hourly or handled through one of our optional monthly service plans.

🧩 Ongoing Services Handled Separately:
Ongoing services such as Website Maintenance, Content Management, Technical SEO, eCommerce development, Performance Optimization, and Marketing are not included within Starter Website Packages. These services are available through separate Monthly Service Plans that provide continuous support after your website is launched.

🚫 What’s NOT Included in the Basic Package

The following items fall outside the scope of the Basic Starter Package but may be added through hourly work or upgraded plans:

🕘 Additional development beyond included time — billed at $120/hour
✏️ Revisions or edits beyond the initial setup and included revision allowance
📝 Content creation, content editing, or bulk data entry
🎨 Logo design, brand identity development, or graphic design services
🧩 Advanced layouts, animations, or complex visual customization
🛒 eCommerce functionality (online store, products, checkout, payment systems, etc.)
🔍 Advanced SEO setup, optimization, or analytics integrations
🔄 Ongoing development, training, maintenance, or technical support
🌐 Custom API connections or advanced third-party software integrations

📅 Scheduling & Scope:
Each Starter Website Package includes a limited amount of development time. Projects are scheduled based on availability and payment is required to secure your position in the development calendar.

To maintain efficient project timelines, features and requirements must be clearly defined during the planning phase. Major scope changes, repeated revisions, or additional requests may require hourly billing or a package upgrade.

If your website consistently exceeds the Basic Package scope or development time, an upgrade or custom plan may be recommended to ensure proper delivery timelines and project success.

⏸️ Pausing Development:
To pause an active Starter Website project, a minimum 14-day notice is required to prevent disruption to the development schedule.

Projects paused for longer than 30 days may be fully off-boarded to maintain scheduling capacity.

When resuming after off-boarding:

A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply
The project may be placed on a waitlist depending on current scheduling availability

💼 Payment Policy:
To reserve a position within the development schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. A detailed receipt will be provided once the project package has been completed.

💳 Accepted Payment Method:
Payment can be made via INTERAC Email Money Transfer to: 📧 spennyforhire@gmail.com
Automatic Deposit is enabled for security and convenience.

⚠️ Missed or Delayed Payment:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Delayed payments may also result in loss of development scheduling priority, project delays, or removal from the development queue.

🧰 Additional Support:
Any work outside the defined scope of the Starter Website Package is billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
