Ecommerce Starter Plans are fixed-scope development packages designed to launch a functional online store. These plans focus on installing WooCommerce, configuring core store functionality, and preparing the foundational ecommerce systems required to begin selling online.

The Basic Ecommerce Starter Plan includes 4 hours of ecommerce setup and configuration. The Advanced Ecommerce Starter Plan includes 8 hours of development time (the Basic setup plus an additional 4 hours of customization and enhanced ecommerce configuration).

Additional development beyond the included time may be completed at the standard development rate of $120/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

🧩 Ongoing Services Handled Separately:
Ongoing services such as Ecommerce Maintenance, Product Catalog Management, Inventory Management, SEO Optimization, Performance Improvements, Marketing Integrations, and Security Monitoring are not included within Ecommerce Starter Plans. These services are available through separate Monthly Maintenance or Support Plans to provide continued operational support after launch.

🚫 Scope Limitations:
Ecommerce Starter Plans focus on the initial store setup and configuration. Large product imports, extensive catalog management, advanced visual customization, complex integrations, large-scale data entry, and custom development fall outside the defined scope and may require additional billing or a custom development plan.

πŸ“… Scheduling & Scope:
Each Ecommerce Starter Plan includes a defined amount of development time. Projects are scheduled based on availability and payment is required to secure your position in the development schedule. Tasks are prioritized to maximize results within the included hours.

Major scope changes, repeated revisions, or requests exceeding the included development time may require hourly billing or a package upgrade.

⏸️ Pausing Development:
To pause an active Ecommerce Starter project, a minimum 14-day notice is required to prevent disruption to the development schedule. Projects paused for longer than 30 days may be fully off-boarded in order to maintain scheduling capacity.

If development resumes after off-boarding, a $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply and the project may be placed on a waitlist depending on development availability.

To begin development and reserve a position in the project schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. A detailed receipt will be provided once the project package has been completed.
