🧾 Fixed-Scope eCommerce Packages:
eCommerce Starter Plans are fixed-scope development packages designed to help you launch a secure, functional, and expandable online store. Each package includes a set number of hours for installation, configuration, and initial store setup. Additional development or features beyond included hours are billed separately or can be added through an ongoing monthly plan.
🧩 Ongoing Services Handled Separately:
Ongoing services such as eCommerce Maintenance, Inventory Management, SEO, Performance Optimization, Conversion Tracking, Security Monitoring, and other advanced development are handled through separate Monthly Maintenance or Support Plans.
🚫 What’s NOT Included in the Basic eCommerce Package
The following are outside the scope of the Basic eCommerce Starter Plan, but may be added via hourly work or upgraded plan:
- 🕘 Additional development beyond the included time — billed at $120/hour
- 📦 Bulk product entry, CSV import/export, or ongoing catalog management
- 🖼️ Product image editing, advanced formatting, or descriptions
- 🎨 Advanced visual layout or branding customization
- 💸 Advanced payment gateway or tax setup
- 📊 Analytics, tracking, or conversion goal setup
- 🔍 SEO optimization or search filtering enhancements
- 🔧 Troubleshooting existing plugin conflicts or third-party integrations
- 🔄 Ongoing development, training, technical support, or marketing
✅ Ask about our Monthly Plans to support catalog growth, maintenance, promotions, or future development after your store is launched.
📅 Scheduling & Scope:
Each eCommerce Starter Package includes a specific number of build hours and tasks. To secure your project in the queue, payment is required in advance. Development work is carefully scheduled, and included features/tasks are prioritized to maximize impact within the package limits.
Repeated scope changes, extra requests, or customizations may require hourly billing or a package upgrade to remain on schedule and ensure a successful launch.
⏸️ Pausing Development:
To pause your eCommerce Starter project, a 14-day Pause Notice is required. Pausing for more than 30 days may result in complete off-boarding to free up the development schedule. If resuming after off-boarding:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee will apply
- You may be added to a waitlist based on availability
💼 Payment Policy:
To begin development and reserve your build in the schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of the completed package.

For added protection, Automatic Deposit is enabled — no password is required.
⚠️ Missed or Delayed Payment:
Delayed or missed payments may lead to loss of scheduling priority, delays in launch, or termination of the project slot. Re-onboarding may be required to continue.

Any additional development or support outside the scope of your package is billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
