Important Note: The client is responsible for providing product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and required business details in a timely manner to prevent delays in project updates.

π§Ύ Fixed-Scope eCommerce Packages:
eCommerce Starter Plans are fixed-scope development packages designed to help launch a secure, functional, and scalable online store. Each package includes a defined number of hours for installation, configuration, and initial store setup.
π Retainer & Service Availability:
Monthly service plans operate as a subscription-based retainer. The monthly fee secures reserved availability, ongoing oversight, and priority access to professional support services throughout the billing period.
Because time and scheduling capacity are reserved in advance, the monthly fee remains payable regardless of the amount of support requested or utilized during the month. Included support time provides the opportunity to request assistance as needed, however unused time does not accumulate or roll over to future billing periods.
The monthly retainer primarily secures service availability, system oversight, and priority access to support. Included hours are used to complete requested tasks, troubleshooting, coordination, and operational assistance related to your selected service plan.
Monthly service plans are structured as subscription retainers and are not pay-as-you-go hourly services. Reserved capacity is maintained to ensure clients have reliable access to professional assistance when needed.
Additional development or features beyond the included hours are billed separately or may be supported through one of our ongoing monthly maintenance or development plans.

Ongoing services such as Website Maintenance, Inventory Management, SEO, Performance Optimization, Conversion Tracking, Security Monitoring, and other advanced development tasks are handled through separate Monthly Maintenance or Support Plans.
π« Whatβs NOT Included in the Basic eCommerce Package
The following items are outside the scope of the Basic eCommerce Starter Plan but may be added through hourly development or a higher-tier package:

- πΌοΈ Product image editing, advanced formatting, or product description writing

- π Advanced SEO optimization or search filtering enhancements
- π§ Troubleshooting existing plugin conflicts or third-party integrations
- π Ongoing development, training, technical support, or marketing services

Ask About Our Monthly Plans:
After launch, ongoing support such as store maintenance, catalog growth, performance improvements, marketing integration, and operational support can be handled through our monthly service plans.

Scheduling & Scope:
Each eCommerce Starter Package includes a defined number of build hours and tasks. To secure your project in the development queue, payment is required in advance.
Development work is carefully scheduled, and included tasks are prioritized to maximize results within the package limits. Significant scope changes, additional requests, or customizations may require hourly billing or a package upgrade.
βΈοΈ Pausing Development:
To pause an active eCommerce Starter project, a 14-day pause notice is required to prevent scheduling disruptions.
Projects paused for longer than 30 days may be fully off-boarded to maintain development scheduling capacity.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee may apply
- The project may be placed on a waitlist depending on current availability
πΌ Payment Policy:
To begin development and reserve your project within the schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. A detailed receipt will be provided upon completion of the package.

Automatic Deposit is enabled for convenience and security.
β οΈ Missed or Delayed Payment:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a Late Payment Fee of up to 7.5% applied to the outstanding balance. Delayed payments may also result in loss of scheduling priority, development delays, or removal from the current project queue.

Any additional development or services outside the scope of your package are billed at $120/hour, in 15-minute increments.
