🧾 Payment Policy:
To secure a position in the promotional support schedule, payment is required in advance of all services. This ensures dedicated time is reserved for strategy, content creation, campaign design, and promotional execution. Retainer invoices may be issued prior to the renewal date to encourage timely payments and help maintain a predictable budgeting structure. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of each maintenance period.

📅 Promotional Schedule:
Marketing promotional services are performed consecutively each month to maintain consistent campaign delivery and a predictable billing cycle. Plans renew on the 1st of each month and include the services outlined in your selected Promotional Support Plan. On-time payment ensures uninterrupted scheduling and campaign flow.
🔁 Renewal & Cancellation:
Plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, and services will continue until the end of the current paid term.
📌 Plan Clarification:
Marketing Promotional Support Plans differ from the technical services offered in Marketing Maintenance Plans. Promotional Plans focus on visibility, creative content, messaging, and campaign execution—not technical configuration or platform troubleshooting. If heavy technical SEO issues, tracking errors, or marketing tool misconfigurations are present, a Marketing Maintenance Plan may be required prior to or in addition to Promotional Support to ensure effective results and delivery.
⏸️ Pausing Promotional Services:
To pause your Promotional Marketing Plan, a 30-day Pause Notice is required to avoid disruption to scheduling, campaign cycles, and creative timelines. Pausing may result in missed opportunities, reduced consistency, and additional creative prep when resuming.
If paused for more than 2 consecutive months, the account will be fully Off-Boarded to free up scheduling capacity.
When resuming after off-boarding:
- A $100 Re-Onboarding Fee will apply.
- The account may be added to a waitlist depending on demand and availability.
⚠️ Missed or Late Payments:
Failure to provide timely payment may result in a pause or discontinuation of promotional services, including campaign work, content scheduling, and platform coordination. Reinstatement is subject to schedule availability and may delay active promotions.
⬆️ Plan Adjustments & Scheduling:
An appropriate plan is required to maintain a position in the promotional support schedule. If deliverables consistently exceed the selected plan’s capacity, an upgrade may be required to ensure adequate coverage and results.
